Little Tomato Plant
As I’ve been concentrating on getting flowers and insect life into the garden, I haven’t really done much with vegetables. However, I’ve got a couple of tomato plants that aren’t doing too badly! I love tomato plants and I find their scent very evocative. My mum used to grow them on the balcony when I was very young and it was my job to ‘tickle’ the flowers with a paintbrush to help pollinate the plants and encourage more fruit. This is one of my earliest memories….
